Trivium was founded in 2010 by the Master franchisee of The Princeton Review In India. Trivium offers services in assessment development, eTutoring, hand grading and content support to education companies globally. Our key markets currently are the US,UK and India.
Trivium is head quartered in New Delhi, India and has a US subsidiary Trivium (USA) LLC based out of North Carolina, USA. Trivium has a strong infrastructure to ensure zero downtime and a safe working environment.
Trivium has grown fast and is now 80 people strong. Our team includes educated, experienced and motivated managers and subject matter experts. In a short span, Trivium has established a strong quality reputation and attracts and recruits candidates who besides being subject matter experts are dedicated to a long term career in education. We have experts in Math, Science and English who understand state and common core standards in the US and the central and state boards in India. Trivium’s technical team is supported by a talented Finance, Human Resources, IT and Project managers who ensure smooth operations.

Aditya brings 10+ years of experience in setting up and running Technology companies in India. His experience spans across several functions including strategy development, sales & marketing, project management, and software development.
Aditya is responsible for Operations including finance and human resources.
He is also currently a Senior Partner in HeAD Multimedia Ltd. a firm that specialises in developing Interactive Multimedia Content.
Prior to this Aditya was Partner at Majestic Software Ltd. that setup and ran outsourced Call Centers for clients in the Market Research and Outbound telemarketing industries. Aditya has an undergraduate degree in Economics from NYU.

Araddhana is the founder of MEPL and co-founder of Trivium. She brings to Trivium her knowledge and experience in consulting interactions on the formulation of new business initiatives/strategies in industries as diverse as automation, commodities, education etc.
She is the first non-American worldwide, to be certified as a Master Trainer for The Princeton Reviewtm test preparation teaching methodology. She graduated from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Her move into the corporate world saw her begin as an Analyst with Accenture, New Delhi. Araddhana now heads Operations, Strategy and Business Development at Manya, as well as heads the overall training function for Teacher training.

Tanveer’s experience spans several functions including strategy development, organization design, sales & marketing, product management, project management, service operations excellence, and software development.
Tanveer has worked at the Boston Consulting Group and Motorola Inc. Tanveer received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, USA and a Master of Science degree with honors in electrical engineering from Michigan State University, USA.
